I highly recommend this pedal to go with your HyVibe guitar, as it makes the best feature of the system (the looper) even better. The HyVibe loop/playback functionality works without this pedal, but requires you to have the metronome going and specify the number of bars ahead of time. With this pedal, you can start and stop the loop/playback exactly when you want without the metronome click or upfront bar numbering, making it feel more like a traditional looping experience. It takes a little figuring out to set up initially (which was fine for me as I have experience with other MIDI components), but if you are worried about that don’t be as I’m sure the excellent HyVibe support team (Matt specifically) will be happy to step you through it.
